Conservation

We keep your data only for as long as is necessary for our services and legal obligations. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or rendered anonymous. We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary:

  • If you are a customer for the duration of our relationship : 

    • Inactive account kept for 2 years
    • Retention of refunded orders for 2 years
    • Retention of completed orders for 2 years 
    • Orders on hold for 6 months
    • Retention of failed orders for 6 months
    • And Retention of orders cancelled by the customer for 6 months

Then a few years after the end of the contract to meet our legal obligations (for example, the Invoices kept for 10 years and classified as archives).

  • If you are a prospect : up to 3 years after our last contact with you.

  • If a dispute arises we keep the data for as long as it takes to sort it out.

Once these deadlines have passed, your data is either deleted or securely anonymized. You may request the modification or deletion of your data at any time, within the limits of our legal obligations.
